'Rise-up' On Eagle's Wings'
But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles. Isaiah 40:39a

FALLEN-I ROSE AGAIN-THANK-YOU JESUS!
With the death of my two baby sisters, and the early childhood trauma I suffered, I just wanted a normal life like other people. I did not have my parents even though my grandparents were there for me-but every child needs their parents. Parents who are also healthy and can keep their children safe and loved, not ones who abuse you. In my late teens I tried flying on my own-my way-but that didn't work. I went to bars, partied and my morals went 'out the window'. Trying to 'find love' in all the wrong places on your terms will never work and I soon came crashing down. My health was affected on every level and I returned home, pregnant. 'Out of shame', having just been accepted into university and seeing my planned future going no where, I kept my pregnancy from my grandma and planned to have an abortion. God had other plans as He gave my grandma just enough information in a dream for her to come to me and ask me if everything was going alright in my life. I lied and told her that it was. She shared her dream with me and asked me again and I broke down crying. I was still adamant that I was going through with the abortion. I was booked for an abortion in just a few days. She shared with me the scripture in John 8:7. In this story a crowd had gathered to stone a woman who had been caught in a sexual sin. When Jesus saw this He challenged anyone who was without sin to cast the first stone. Then they all departed. Jesus then went to this woman and said to her: "Neither do I condemn you, now go and sin no more." Grandma told me that she was taking the same stance and having an abortion would be a sin. Yet, I was determined to go for the abortion. So grandma said it was not going to happen 'under her roof' and asked me to leave ASAP. So I left right away. This gave me time to allow the Holy Spirit to speak to my heart, that it was wrong to go ahead with an abortion and that to do so was a sin-it never should have been an Option! God is Watching Us with Loving-kindness God's also watching over infants & children. He compares the Kingdom of God to them; warns us not to harm them or discourage them from believing in Him and He expects us to defend their rights, protect & love them.

14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. 15 He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” ---Psalm 91 NIV
Mommy & Noah
God's gift to me in my confusion and pain. _______________________ "Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him." Psalm 127:3(NLT) _______________________ So I gave birth on February 11, 2013 to a beautiful son and I called him Noah.
He has been such an amazing gift from God. The scripture in Romans 8:28 says "All things happen for good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose". He's proved that to me. I am motivated to be the best mother I can be and to help others like me. * If you find yourself in the same situation as I was, please do not go through with an abortion. Find support from family, friends and community agencies to help you. God will be there for you. For those who may read this and have had an abortion know that God does not condemn you either and that He will heal you and make you stronger. Your little one is waiting for you in heaven when you get there and God forgives you. Remember-God loves you-you are His daughter
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

THE VISION - 'Healing the Nation-One Family At A Time'
Currently I am going to university and working towards my psychology degree.
It is my hope that the program that grandma began that I will be able to resurrect it for our people and for all people who need it. Time will tell.
We and our families need to heal as part of the 'truth & reconciliation movement'.
I and those like me who have been abused can heal if the resources are there for us. We can break the devastating cycles of addictions, poverty and help to bring healing to others.
*Thank-you so much for visiting my website.
- sincerely, Charlene
